Ways to Give at GCCN

At GCCN there are multiple ways to give.  Each method allows for God's work to be done as you are faithful to his calling to give back.  Find one that's right for you...

Give in Weekend Service

• You can give in any of our weekend services.  The best way is to use an envelope that is provided at each service.  This helps us keep track of your giving and allows us to send you an end of the year report that you can use to as a charitable contribution for your tax purposes.  It also helps you know how faithful you’ve been in your commitment to give.

Giving Kiosk

• Located in the lobby of each of our service venues.  You can give at these by using your debit or credit card. (We do not advocate using your credit card to give).  Many folks don’t carry cash or check books today, so using the kiosk is a secure and safe way to dive using your debit card.

Give in Dropbox

• If you are unable to make it to one of the services to give you can use the drop box located on the walls in the lobby on both sides of the Information Desk of the main worship center.

Give On-Line

• Many people are used to purchasing things online or even paying their bills online.  This option allows you to give anywhere at anytime.  You can even set up a recurring payment option online.

• When you sign up to give recurring online you are deciding in advance to faithfully give. God always blesses that kind of faith! The Bible teaches that we are to honor God with the “First Fruits” of our labor (Proverbs 3:9). By setting up a recurring contribution that is scheduled to come out of your account on the day you specify, you can ensure that your First Fruits are faithfully given back to God.

• Simplicity - You won’t have to remember whether you gave this month or send in an offering by mail when you’re on a trip.

• Security – We utilize an encrypted secure website for your online records. Online giving is more secure than giving with a check or cash because an electronic gift can’t be lost or stolen. 

• Focus – Instead of having to worry about writing a check and filling out an envelope during the service, you can be fully focused on the worship service, knowing that you have already given your offering.

• Helping GCCN – Online giving is more cost effective for our church to process, and it makes our record keeping much easier.

• Your Bank – similar to the online option above, you can set up for your bank’s online bill payment service to issue the church your tithes.  Simply follow your bank’s instructions for setting us up as a vendor, and use the following information:  Grove City Church of the Nazarene (or GCCN), 4770 Hoover Road, Grove City, OH  43123.  Phone:  614-875-2551.  Your bank will mail us a check, and we will record it in your fill

• Matching Gifts – Many employers now offer a “matching gift” program for nonprofit organizations.  Some people have taken advantage of this benefit, and multiplied their tithe by listing GCCN as their target organization.  Please check with your employer’s human resources department or your supervisor to find out if they participate in this kind of program.  If your employer needs additional information from you to take advantage of this option, please call our office at 614-875-2551x204, and speak with Angi McClish.

• Legacy Giving – Have you thought about what you want your legacy to be?  Charitable Gift Annuities (CGAs) provide a way to transfer assets to GCCN, and in turn, we agree to make payments to you for life.  A CGA is a tool that provides a current tax benefit, an on-going income stream for you, and a way to fund church ministries well into the future.  If you would like more information about this unique program, please contact our office at 614-875-2551 or email legacybuilders@gccn.org.
