The Naz Production Team is seeking an experienced part-time administrative assistant who has a passion for production and ministry for the purpose of advancing the message of Jesus Christ. This part-time assistant will report to our Technical Director and is responsible for providing administrative services in order to ensure efficient operations. This part-time position reflects a two day a week work schedule (16-20 hours per week).
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, scheduling/coordinating the production crews for weekend worship services, special services, and special events; CD/DVD duplications, packaging, order fulfillment, and order distribution; digital file management, weekend service content packaging; special event client relations; ordering of supplies; communicating information through email and phone calls; preparing documents; agenda management; and any other tasks deemed necessary.
We are seeking an assistant who will be creative, well organized, a good communicator, skilled in typing, writing, grammar, and punctuation, able to work under pressure while maintaining deadlines, an individual experienced with PC and/or Mac operating systems and software including (PC - MS Word, Excel, and Power Point) and/or (Mac - Pages, Numbers, Keynote), and a dependable individual who is self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative. The Naz Production Team is seeking an experienced Video Production Specialist who has a passion for production and ministry for the purpose of advancing the message of Jesus Christ. This person will work in collaboration with the production staff to produce a variety of video products for, but not limited to, weekend services, promotional materials, DVD distribution, webcasting, and video streaming; conducts field-based and studio-based video production which involves interacting with people/talent and operating all portable/non-portable video and audio equipment; transports and sets up lighting and audio equipment as required; provides limited troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment. This is a full-time position.
Along with pre-production responsibilities, this effective troubleshooter will also need to plan and perform video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, rough cuts, audio adjustment, color correction, and final editing using Final Cut Pro or Adobe Creative Suite software; utilizes computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts; compresses video projects for output; makes video products available in a variety of formats including DVDs or streaming media files; internal and external video/audio duplication, order fulfillment, and distribution services as required; artwork for video/audio sales as required, editing and web distribution of weekend services and special events. Assistance in the live video production of the weekend services including video switching and camera operation are also required.
