24 Hour Prayer
Come join us in making God’s House a House of Prayer during the upcoming 24 Hour Prayer Vigil. This will be a time of concentrated prayer for our church. Prayer moves the hand of God! You will not want to miss being a part of it. There is a sign up board in the Narthex for you to write your name next to a block of time that you can commit to coming and praying, whether for a half hour, hour or however long you feel led to pray. The Prayer Room (063/068) will be set up with worship music, prayer directives, prayer requests and information to assist you. So sign up today!

Why Pray?
Why Pray? Because Jesus did. Luke 6:12 “Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray and continued all night in prayer to God.”
Because prayer moves the hand of God. James 5:16 “Therefore confess your sins to each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.
Because God loves us, hears us, and answers our prayers. Psalm 116:1-2 “I love the Lord, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy.
Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.”
